Occupational Therapist responsible for providing direct OT care to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting patient concerns to support recovery and independence in a post-acute rehabilitation setting; includes collaboration with a team, focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, ongoing professional growth, and utilization of up-to-date therapies and technology in a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
