Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, provide direct care to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate progress, and contribute to outcomes in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment. Requires ongoing professional development within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader, with emphasis on compassionate, top-tier, individualized therapy and teamwork to drive quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
