Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients by establishing timely treatment plans focused on self-care management and activities of daily living. Communicate and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on daily routines while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best practices. Build and maintain relationships throughout the community to support functional outcomes. Base salary ranges from $78,000 to $100,000 annually with monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program
- State Licensure in occupational therapy
- Registered with NBCOT
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
