Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients’ physical and mental abilities and designs treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals. This role includes planning and conducting therapy programs, documenting patient progress, and consulting with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using electronic medical record systems. Candidates must hold a current Oregon Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization ability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with lymphedema patients
- Previous BLS certification
- Knowledge of state and Medicare guidelines
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation
