Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy treatments focused on daily function and independence within a supportive skilled nursing rehab department. Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical outcomes. Supervise COTAs and ensure all documentation is timely and accurate.
