Occupational Therapist

Evaluate residents and establish individualized care plans focused on improving independence with daily activities and functional skills. Provide therapy targeting ADLs, upper body strength, and coordination while supervising COTA staff and collaborating with the rehab team. Maintain documentation and monitor resident outcomes to ensure quality care delivery.
