Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental or learning needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and develop individualized intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily environments and equip key adults with skills to support them. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, provide training and upskilling to stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation. Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for young people with complex needs. Primarily work in school settings with opportunities for clinic and remote-based roles.
