Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and develop individualised intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily environments and equip key adults with skills to support them. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, provide training and upskilling to stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation while participating in multidisciplinary meetings. Primarily work in school settings with opportunities for clinic and remote-based roles. Requires HCPC and RCOT registration, a recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree, and experience with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs.
