Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental or learning needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and develop individualised intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic goals into daily environments, while evaluating intervention effectiveness and providing training to key adults. Maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for young people with complex educational and emotional barriers. Primarily work in school settings with potential for clinic and remote-based opportunities.
