Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental and learning needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Develop and implement individualized intervention plans while collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate goals into daily environments. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and provide training to key adults to support therapy goals. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for young people with complex needs. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the process. Primarily school-based with potential for clinic and remote work. Permanent or summer contract with flexible hours across six days.
