Job Summary
Lead on single-handed care project and manage complex cases, conducting detailed assessments and developing tailored intervention plans to promote independence. Recommend and implement equipment and adaptations to reduce care input, collaborate with care providers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, provide expert advice and training on single-handed care techniques, maintain accurate records, contribute to project reporting and evaluation, and uphold safeguarding with a person-centred approach.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Extensive experience in single-handed care and manual handling
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
