Job Summary
Locum Occupational Therapist to manage a large, complex caseload in adult social care. Responsibilities include holistic OT assessments for adults, leading hospital discharge planning, determining appropriate care packages and support plans, collaborating with MDT colleagues and hospitals, and ensuring practice aligns with national legislation and local standards. Requires HCPC-registered OT with strong hospital discharge experience and excellent assessment, planning and documentation skills.
