Job Summary
Provide individualized Occupational Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation. Supervise and direct Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure effective execution of patient care plans. Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements. Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life. This role offers a flexible schedule with no travel required and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an active Florida Occupational Therapist license and possess previous Skilled Nursing Facility therapy experience. Required Qualifications
