Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and cross-departmental communication. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to guide recovery and celebrate individual victories. Maintain current licensure and obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, three years of OT experience with two years clinical, and active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
