Job Summary
Evaluate, administer remedial treatments, and conduct screenings for pediatric patients in home health settings. Direct caregivers through home programming, discharge planning, and family training while coordinating care with physicians and office staff. Maintain patient records, manage supplies, and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs. Serve as a backup service provider and mentor new hires. Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure, and a valid driver's license. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state-issued professional licensure
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements

- Pediatric clinical experience
- Home health experience
- Ability to read and write in simple correspondence with effective public speaking in small groups
- Excellent critical thinking and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to interpret instruction with the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and routine database activity
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
