Job Summary
Evaluate, administer remedial treatments, and conduct screenings for pediatric patients in home health settings. Direct patients and caregivers in tasks to restore or enhance performance while providing family training on home programming and discharge planning. Coordinate care with office staff, consult physicians on progress, and maintain records. Maintain supplies, participate in Quality Assurance, and mentor new hires. Serve as backup for other caseloads as needed. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state-issued professional licensure
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements
