Job Summary
Organize and conduct occupational therapy programs nationwide for 13-week assignments, directing patient participation to restore and enhance performance. Screen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses, develop treatment goals, and implement plans addressing cognitive, mobility, and sensory needs. Supervise OTAs, students, and support personnel while adapting care plans and selecting adaptive devices. Collaborate with rehabilitation teams, make referrals, and ensure timely documentation and safety compliance. Maintain equipment, order supplies, and promote a safe environment. Full-time role with H-1B sponsorship available; offers include mentorship, CEUs, and travel flexibility across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
- Must be available to travel to and temporarily reside in locations outside of the therapist's primary home
