Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful connections by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, top-tier care using available technology. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
