Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients in inpatient rehabilitation, guide treatment by supervising care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and independence, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes within a collaborative, values-driven team in a leading post-acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
