Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery, while celebrating patient victories along the way. Maintain current licensure or certification required by state regulations and CPR certification. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree plus sufficient experience in the field is acceptable.
