Occupational Therapist Job - Work From Home!

Assess patients to establish and evaluate treatment programs for activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks. Implement occupational therapy treatment plans by selecting appropriate activities to progress patients toward goals while revising plans with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, session protocols, and required submissions per departmental guidelines. Collaborate with physicians on care plans and participate in staff meetings, inservices, and process improvement activities. Adhere to all Wellstar Health System policies, infection prevention precautions, and mandatory training requirements.
