Occupational Therapist Job - Work From Home!

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans by selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with patient and family input, and providing ongoing education and discharge instructions. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs while documenting evaluations, sessions, and plans according to departmental guidelines. Maintain attendance punctuality, adhere to dress codes and infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings and process improvement activities. Complete mandatory system requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
