Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities to progress patients toward goals, and revise plans with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources while documenting evaluations and sessions per departmental guidelines. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and infection prevention precautions. Maintain punctuality, adhere to dress codes, and participate in staff meetings and orientation training for new employees.
