Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans by selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with patient and family input, and providing ongoing education and discharge instructions. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs while documenting evaluations, sessions, and required paperwork per departmental guidelines.
