Occupational Therapist Job - Work From Home!

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans by selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with patient and family input, and providing ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs while documenting evaluations, session protocols, and required submissions per departmental guidelines. Maintain punctuality, adhere to dress code and infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings, inservices, and process improvement activities. Utilize materials and equipment safely and cost-effectively while complying with all regulatory standards and Wellstar Health System policies.
