Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in patients suffering from disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities, and revise goals with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals for rehabilitation services and equipment. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and required paperwork according to departmental guidelines. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans. Observe infection prevention precautions and utilize materials cost-effectively. Maintain punctuality, adhere to dress codes, and participate in staff meetings and mandatory training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Occupational Therapy or Masters Occupational Therapy
