Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities, and revise goals with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals for rehabilitation services and equipment. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and family education according to departmental protocols. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans. Maintain attendance, adhere to dress codes, and utilize materials safely while observing infection prevention precautions.
