Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans by selecting appropriate activities to progress patients toward goals, revising plans with patient and family input, and providing ongoing education and discharge instructions. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, while documenting evaluations, sessions, and family education according to departmental guidelines and protocols. Adhere to all regulatory standards, infection prevention precautions, and Wellstar Health System policies while participating in staff meetings and orientation training.
