Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities, and revise goals based on patient and family input while providing ongoing education and discharge instructions. Collaborate with physicians to establish evaluation programs and document sessions, evaluations, and care plans according to departmental guidelines. Maintain punctuality, adhere to dress codes and infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings and orientation training for new employees. Comply with all Wellstar Health System policies and standards of work.
