Occupational Therapist Job - Work From Home!

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in patients with disease or injury across the full continuum of care. Implement treatment plans by selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with patient/family input, and providing ongoing education and discharge instructions. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs while documenting evaluations, sessions, and required reports per departmental guidelines. Maintain attendance, adhere to dress codes and infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings and training. Complies with all regulatory standards and Wellstar Health System policies.
