Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to children ages 3-5 within a multidisciplinary team, including evaluating children for initial/annual/requested CPSE evaluations, completing IEPs, developing weekly therapy schedules, delivering individual/small group therapy, implementing engaging therapeutic activities aligned with IEP mandates, maintaining accurate documentation (attendance, session notes, progress reports), participating in team meetings and case conferences, communicating with parents, and ensuring compliance with health and day care regulations; requires NYS certification in Occupational Therapy/COTA and related clearances.
