Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient function, safety, and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, complete accurate EMR documentation, and educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive strategies. Provide care across diverse clinical settings while supporting nationwide placement options and exploring new locations.
