Occupational Therapist

Conduct evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient function, safety, and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, complete accurate EMR documentation, and educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive strategies. Support clients across diverse clinical settings while providing ongoing clinical guidance.
