Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, then implement therapeutic interventions to improve their functional abilities. Educate patients and families on daily living strategies while documenting progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requires current state OT licensure, CPR certification, and a degree from an accredited program.
