Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain current state OT licensure and valid CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 0-1 years
- Current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred
