Evaluate patient needs and create personalized treatment plans to provide optimal recovery. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the rehab team to develop a cohesive care plan. This full-time, permanent direct-hire role includes a day shift schedule and offers $43.00–$60.00/hr plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Grauate from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- Valid OT License in the State of Arizona
- BLS Certification
- Previous Occupational Therapy experience
