Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to screen, test, evaluate, diagnose and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard OT practices; consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers; collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Responsibilities include developing care plans based on assessments, maintaining thorough documentation, meeting productivity standards, participating in quality improvement, and contributing to program development and marketing of the OT services. Must uphold licensure requirements, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers, supervise staff as needed, and pursue continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
