Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for directing and supervising all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Licensure or Certification, as required by State guidelines
- CPR Certification
- 1 year Physical Therapy experience preferred
- New graduates considered
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
