Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatient rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns while building meaningful relationships to support recovery. Emphasizes addressing patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrating patient victories in a collaborative, empathetic team environment. Qualifications include current licensure or certification as required by state regulations, CPR certification, and preferably a Master's Degree (or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience).
