Job Summary
Occupational Therapist provides direct care to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting, conducts patient assessments, creates personalized care plans, supervises treatments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and independence. Builds meaningful relationships with patients, supports physical, mental, and emotional needs, and strives for positive outcomes. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s degree is preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with adequate experience.
