Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient hospital setting. Lead patient assessments and develop personalized care plans, guiding treatments and supervising care to address patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care using up-to-date therapeutic techniques and technology. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes and ongoing professional growth. Required licensure/certification per state regulations and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
