Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful patient relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes with compassionate, evidence-based OT interventions.
