Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting, including leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support independence and recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based OT care, supervise care and treatments, document progress, and contribute to achieving positive outcomes in a post-acute rehabilitation program. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
