Job Summary
Occupational Therapist provides direct care to inpatient rehabilitation patients, leads patient assessments, develops personalized care plans, supervises treatments, and addresses patient concerns to support independence and recovery. Builds meaningful relationships with patients, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and utilizes advanced technology to drive outcomes in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
