Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guiding assessments and treatments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships and collaborate with a supportive team while delivering compassionate, high-quality care using available technology. Maintain licensure and deliver evidence-based OT services to advance independence and quality of life for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
