Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support independence and recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes through compassionate, personalized care using up-to-date technology in a collaborative, growth-oriented team. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with substantial experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
