Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab PRN

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to determine patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, then develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide safe interventions including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and patient education while regularly reassessing progress and updating plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, mentor new staff and students, and ensure accurate billing documentation. Maintain a clean environment and adjust techniques for diverse patient populations. Schedule is PRN covering weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
