Evaluate patients by gathering data from physicians, interdisciplinary teams, families, and other sources. Develop treatment plans with specific goals that integrate with the continuum of care, then re-evaluate and modify them as needed. Demonstrate competency in using profession-specific equipment while ensuring safety and providing verbal explanations. Provide patient and family education, ensure complete documentation and accurate billing, and adhere to State Practice Act standards. Recognize when patients have received optimal benefit from therapy.
