Occupational Therapist-Inpatient Registry Days

Manage OT patient care from initial contact to discharge, including evaluations, treatment plan adjustments, and daily progress notes in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and COTAs to ensure functional progress, safety, and treatment outcomes while adapting modalities for special circumstances. Serve as a clinical mentor to interns and students, participate in department committees and continuous improvement projects, and contribute to educational efforts like journal clubs and new hire orientations. Maintain productivity standards, complete required training and competencies, and flex schedules to accommodate patient care needs and department meetings.
