Occupational Therapist

Deliver occupational therapy services to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, documentation, and communication under physicians' orders. Provide care to residents at View Ridge Care Center, a 72-bed facility north of Seattle serving both long-term and skilled populations. Partner with Infinity Rehab for compliance oversight and MDS optimization while adhering to evidence-based practice standards. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship during the 90-day orientation program.
